The procedure for renaming city objects and streets has been launched in Ukraine

We are in a hurry to inform you that, at the initiative of the President of Ukraine, in times of full-scale war, it is necessary to get rid of all dubious and false signs of Russian-Ukrainian friendship that affect our cultural consciousness and contribute to the spread of Russian propaganda and falsification of Ukrainian history.

That is why Ukraine has launched a procedure for renaming urban objects, streets, and settlements that fall under this initiative.

The process of renaming will take place throughout the country throughout the year, possibly longer. According to DM Solutions' experts, this is the largest renaming project in the history of Ukraine, which is several times larger than the number of name changes made during the "decommunization" project and will include tens of thousands of changes in the names of streets and other infrastructure facilities in the country.

From the first day of this initiative, the DM Solutions team has been following all the innovations and recording changes in its Ukrainian address book and on the GeoData.Online platform, after official confirmation by the authorities, so we invite you to take advantage of our experience and start updating your address databases with us today.
